These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 77hub Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 77hub reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

11. Account Closure and Termination

77hub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policies.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures.
• Prolonged account inactivity.
• At your request for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon account closure, you forfeit any bonuses, promotional credits, and associated winnings. Legitimate account balances from your own deposits and legitimate winnings will be returned to you, subject to verification and any applicable withdrawal procedures.

12. Severability
